During your Champagne tour, you will understand more about the magic of sparkling, the long aging of the bottles in the cellars, lying the bottles horizontally (sur latte) or upside down (sur pointe). You'll learn about the techniques of riddling and disgorgement. You will better understand the differences in the Champagnes and why you prefer one more than another.

For lunch, we can book a table in a little brasserie or bistrot unless you'd prefer a gourmet restaurant. This will determine the time for the afternoon Champagne visit appointment.

The Champagne Country can also includes some special sightseeing and landmarks because we want you to enjoy the entire region. The Cathedral of Reims, St Remi Basilica, Chapel Fujita Museum of the Surrender are several places of interest.
